The gardens at Bolfracks are a delight throughout the seasons.

Springtime brings a burst of colour after the winter months with carpets of spring bulbs, trees and shrubs in flower including the Acers, Prunus and Sorbus. The Mausoleum Garden is particularly spectacular at this time of year.

In early summer the Rhododendrons and Azaleas are stunning. Underplanted with Primula, Meconopsis, Trillium and other woodland plants, the Burn Garden is worth taking time to visit.
Visit again in Late June and July, when the warmth brings on a proliferation of wonderful fragrant roses. The Peony beds and the herbaceous beds are in full flower.
In autumn, as the air cools the gardens transform into a rich palette of exquisite autumn colours. The Acers, Sorbus, and Crab Apples are truly magnificent.
